• We are very tech savvy. We have ways of finding homes that other agents have not even heard of. Most agents look in their own MLS system and just show you what is listed there and give up. We have access to 8 overlapping MLS systems and use them all to find your home. We also use two new services called called IMAP and IRIS that can dramatically increase our search results. We look at classified ads and use other non MLS based home selling services to locate many more choices than a typical agent could find. We also can find homes that are unlisted through our local affiliations and contacts.

• We know the areas of Southwest Florida quite well. When you ask us a question about the area or a subdivision, we will give you our honest opinion. We won’t sugar coat anything, even it means loosing a sale. We will give you real world information on real estate, schools, attractions, communities, and the local economy.

• We answer the phone. We know it sounds silly, but again you might be surprised in this business. If you call us and we don’t get back to you within 24 hours, we will give you $500.00 towards your closing. We put our money where our mouths are!

• We are not high pressure; in fact we are some of the most laid back Realtors you will find. You won’t see us wearing suits and ties, it’s just not right for us or this area. • We don't charge you any fees to use our services.  Many brokerages in this area have started charging transaction fees or other junk fees.  Our services always have been and always will be free to the buyer.  We are paid through commission agreements set forth through the MLS system with other brokers and the selling side of the transaction.
